SEPTEMBER 10th, 2008

9am-12pm Estate Planning
Learn how to properly prepare yourself, and your clients with a proper estate plan. We will discuss topics such as gifting, living trusts, and the multiple ways to avoid probate.
1pm-4pm Ethics
Are you an ethical agent? We'll discuss actual cases of unethical practice, go over what your role is as an ethical agent, determine your ability to be ethical, and even involve the class in a short, mock trial.
